Seedlings (ages 2.5-3, NOT YET potty trained) - With a smaller staff:student ratio in the classroom, our Seedlings class is geared towards our youngest students who have NOT YET completed potty training and includes an extra $40/month potty training fee.  We plan diapering and toileting time into our schedule and begin working on potty skills at school.  Activities are more free-form and student directed and include lots of outdoor play time, cooperative play opportunities, and tactile learning activities.

Acorns (ages 2-3, potty trained) - With a smaller staff:student ratio, our Acorns class is geared towards our younger students who have completed potty training.  We plan toileting time into our schedule.  Activities are generally shorter and simpler to accommodate younger brains.  Basic academics such as counting, colors, shapes, and listening skills are introduced.

Pine Cones (Ages 4-6) - Our older students are able to engage in more vigorous and/or complicated physical activities such as longer hikes and more organized games.  The Pine Cones class is a bit more structured as we prepare our older students for kindergarten.  We have a greater focus on pre-kindergarten academic skills such as number and letter recognition, pre-writing and basic writing skills, and listening comprehension.

Our integrated preschool program includes children aged 2.5 - 6 years and emphasizes nurturing independence while teaching teamwork.  We focus on gearing our teaching to your child’s development rather than a specific age because all children learn and grow differently.   Our program is guided by the principal that children learn by doing and in our program they do so much!
